Harm and contraindications

The high content of aggressive acids and antibacterial compounds can not but affect health negatively when excessive consumption of red berries berries. The following side effects may occur:

  • indigestion, diarrhea - due to a large amount of pectin;
  • abnormal increase in blood pressure, ischemia and other cardiovascular disorders;
