Traditional analgesics from the NSAID group, such as analgin, should not be taken with pancreatic diseases. The fact is that these drugs with a long reception have a negative effect on the stomach and duodenum, causing their erosive lesions, so do not take NSAIDs, thus adding problems in the digestive tract.
If we talk about pancreatitis of autoimmune genesis, then it makes sense to take such drugs as glucocorticosteroids. They have an anti-inflammatory effect and suppress immunity. By acting in this way, they eliminate the cause of the pathology of the pancreas and, consequently, gradually remove the pain syndrome.
