Amylase is also detected in urine, while the indicator increases several times. Allocation of 0-50 units per liter is considered normal. Their high content indicates poor absorption and, therefore, malfunctioning of the intestines.
In some cases, a Lasus sample is taken. In chronic pancreatitis, the cancer antigen increases by 70-90%. An increased content of markers CA 125 and CA 72-4 can be traced in urine. Usually it is impossible to make a definitive diagnosis directly on alicking urine, additional examination is required.
