  4. Chamomile tea. Prepared from dried flowers of a pharmacy chamomile. You need to fill in 1 tbsp. l. chamomile 0.5 l. boiling water, leave for 1 hour, take 100 ml three times a day.
  5. Ginger with lemon. Grind the ginger root, pour boiling water over it, add a little lemon juice. To improve the taste, it is recommended to add a spoonful of honey or sugar. This tea perfectly stimulates intestinal motility, promotes the release of enzymes, and improves digestion.
