There are two variants here: the muscles that are in the concave dorsal part are straining, the muscles in the convex part are relaxed and, conversely, vice versa.

Muscles on both sides can be in these states, but still more tension is obtained by the muscles from the bulge. When doing massage, you need to be attentive to each of the muscles, to study its condition at the moment and to do a massage that corresponds to a specific problem.

In the first case with a C-shaped thoracic cramble: begin to massage the back with stroking. First, massage the concave side, then the convex side. Further knead the long muscles, then the broadest ones( the movements should be circular), the muscles in the intercostal spaces should be rectilinear. Further massage the neck and trapezius muscle - the dynamics here and the duration of the procedure across the entire surface should not differ. Massage techniques need to alternate - stroking and shaking. The purpose of the initial sessions is to maximize the relaxation of the muscles in the opposite dorsal part. You also need to do and massage the pectoral muscles, because they feel the need for relaxation. The abdominal muscles require strengthening.

In the second case - with a C-shaped scleo in the lumbar spine - here you need to apply a massage the same as in the first case, i.e. Start with stroking, then hold the squeeze. Massage in the same sequence as in the first version - start with the concave side, then go to the convex. The first is to do warm-up of the long dorsal muscles, and then the widest ones - the movements are circular and circular. Then proceed to massage the intercostal space - they are massaged rectilinearly. After this, you should go to the lumbar region - massage with rectilinear and circular movements. The next stage will be the massage of the pelvic region in such a sequence: first stroke, squeeze, knead the sacrum and the iliac bone( its crest).Then put pressure on the convex dorsal part, try to put the spine in place.

The final stage will be massage of the leg muscles. Especially carefully you need to approach the massage of the legs from the convex side. It should be carried out in such a sequence - the front surface: start with the hip, then smoothly move to the knee joint, the shin;The back surface starts from the hip with the transition to the knee joint, terminate with the gastrocnemius muscle.

In the third case - with S-shaped scleo - here you need to massage the lumbar region and thoracic spine according to the method described in the article above.

Duration of the course - 10-12 sessions, repeat 2-3 times a year depending on the state of health.
