Papiarism: types, methods of diagnosis and treatment

Unfortunately, such excitement does not mean that a man is hypersexual, this indicates problems with blood circulation in the genital area of a man. Papiarism is not limited to the age category and can manifest itself in men at any age, as a rule, the disease is observed in children 5-10 years old or in men from 20 to 50 years. Fortunately, this disease is not so common, of all registered cases of sexual diseases, this problem is noted in 0.2 - 0.3% of men.
Types of papiarism
Papiarism causes circulatory disturbances in the penis, as a result of which the venous outflow of blood deteriorates, or on the contrary, the arterial influx increases. Depending on what caused the attack, two types of papiarism are distinguished:
- Ischemic papyarism - painful. Or as it is called, a vein-occlusive kind of disease. In this case, the venous circulation is disturbed, this is due to possible stagnation of blood or its viscosity. In this case, thrombi form which can not pass through thin cavernous canals and normally pass through the veins.
- Non-ischemic papiarism is a painful or arterial form of the disease. The cause of erection is a strong arterial blood flow in the penis, while the veins do not cope with the flow of blood flow. This kind of papiarism is very rare, it arises from operations in the perineum, this form is easiest to treat with therapeutic methods.
- idiopathic type - one of the most complex, it occurs in men of any age, but they have not noted any problems associated with men's diseases;
- papiarism caused by illnesses of a mental or neurological nature. The cause of pathological erections may be seizures of schizophrenia or epilepsy. In addition, it can include men who have suffered complex injuries of the spinal cord and brain, as well as encephalitis;
- is a psychotraumatic type, most often the cause of the occurrence is a shock or stressful situation. Any sudden disturbance that interrupts sexual intercourse, is capable of causing such a reaction. In this case, the cortex of the brain experiences a sharp spasm of the blood vessels, which are responsible for the blood circulation of the penis;
- papiarism for bleeding disorders or blood viscosity. There are some forms of allergies that can cause a similar attack;
- papiarism associated with poisons poisoning, medical or narcotic substances. For example, alcohol and drugs, psychotropic medicines, the bite of poisonous spiders or scorpions.
- the trunk of the penis is very tight, and the penis head is soft due to the lack of blood flow. In this case, the penis acquires a strong bend with an inclination to the stomach;
- painful sensations can be compared with the swelling of the legs, the pain grows with time and becomes very intense. This sensation lasts throughout the time of a pathological erection;
- marked sharp piercing pain in the groin and root of the penis, often this pain is felt in the rectum;
- subconsciously a man wants to have sexual intercourse, but there is no natural arousal and attraction, and sexual intercourse is often simply not possible. Sexual contact generally does not guarantee the easing of symptoms, on the contrary, the condition can only worsen;
- the skin of the penis strongly reddens, and over time a blue tint appears;
- urination is possible, but it is difficult, because the penis is in a raised state.
Quite effective may be conservative methods of care, often an erection is when exposed to the penis of cold, for this use a cold water bottle. Also effective is the puncture of the cavernous bodies, local anesthesia is made and the vein is pierced. A special needle is used which effectively removes excess blood, then the cavernous bodies are washed with saline until the water becomes slightly scarlet. Most often, these methods help in the initial stage of papiarism.
If, after the therapy, papiarism occurs again, then surgical intervention is necessary. In this case, blood is removed from the cavernous bodies and new ways for blood circulation are created. Both therapeutic and surgical methods are able to completely eliminate the disease, and male sexual functions will not be affected in any way.
You should never hesitate and delay your doctor's visit. In a neglected state, papiarism can cause complicated diseases such as impotence, in some cases even necrosis of penis tissues with gangrene, which will inevitably lead to amputation of the genital organ.
