To increase the load, you can tilt the body back, and press the buttocks to the chair, holding hands with the chair. However, the first time to do this is not worth it, you should get used to the new exercise.

First time do not perform one sitting set on the penis for more than 3-5 minutes. Gradually increase the time of the exercise.

Rope

Approach the exercise with all caution! Perform the rope in the second part of the program, when the member is already properly kneaded!

Technique:

  1. Member in a state of complete rest to take the right hand with an OK-grip for the head, pull out, spin around its axis by 1-1.5 or 2 turns, depending on your preparation. Intercept the OK-grasp, grip the same for the head, pull the penis forward. We get a standard rope.
  2. Now, with your left, free hand, grab for the middle of the penis, back by OK-grip, that is, so that the little finger is pointed from you, and slowly lead the grip to the base of the penis by twisting the member in the opposite direction, that is, increasing the degree of twisting the penis.
  3. Bring the grip to the base of the penis and hold it firmly.
  4. Now that your cock is between two OK grabs, slowly stretch the penis in different directions. This will create a very strong stretch. Be careful, and do not twist the skin, try to avoid clamping the skin.
