To improve blood circulation in the body, it is necessary to restore the vascular walls and improve the functioning of the heart muscle. This can be done by taking potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, omega-3, vitamins and microelements. These and other substances can be found in the usual food products - vegetables, fruits, meats and nuts, in cereals and legumes, fish and seafood.

Cereals

Cereals, including wheat, oats and rye, contain a large amount of magnesium. This element is considered indispensable for smooth muscles, since it is its structural element on the cellular level. With regular consumption of cereals and bran in food, the elasticity of the vascular walls increases, their reactivity improves - the vessels do not react so sharply to external and internal stimuli, so that their spasm does not occur.

Cabbage

For the improvement of blood circulation, cabbage of any kind is suitable. Especially useful in this regard, white cabbage and cauliflower, as well as broccoli. Raspberries, currants and cranberries are the best natural sources of salicylic acid, vitamin C and iron. Regular consumption of these foods can normalize blood viscosity and reduce the possibility of thrombus formation, restore the lumen of the vessels and reduce their fragility, and increase tissue saturation with oxygen. Fish and seafood

Products that improve the blood circulation of the brain

Circulatory disturbance in 80% of cases leads to insufficient blood circulation in the brain. Similar phenomena are accompanied by a significant decrease in intellectual abilities, headaches, deterioration of general well-being. Especially dangerous is the inadequate cerebral circulation for children. Even short-term interruptions of blood supply can result in a delay in mental development, epilepsy, hydrocephalus and even brain edema.

  • dairy products containing calcium and trace elements, - milk, kefir, cottage cheese, unsalted varieties of cheese;
  • marine fish containing iodine and omega-3, - pink salmon, halibut, sturgeon, herring, salmon;
  • algae containing iron and iodine, - sea kale, nori;
  • vegetable oils containing organic acids and healthy fats - sunflower, linseed, olive;
  • red and orange vegetables and fruits containing lycopene and vitamin C, - tomatoes, persimmon, oranges, pumpkin;
  • products containing vitamin B2, - mushrooms, legumes, offal;
  • nuts and cereals containing zinc, - pumpkin and sunflower seeds, pistachios, walnuts and cashews;
  • foods rich in vitamin A and carotenoids - carrots, pumpkin, offal, eggs.
Very useful for cerebral circulation products with high content of vitamin C - berries and fruits, fresh herbs, fresh vegetables. Use them preferably without heat treatment, since vitamin C is destroyed already at 80 degrees.

If there is a suspicion of impaired blood circulation, expressed in a decrease in endurance, sensitivity of certain parts of the body, convulsive muscle contractions and the constant presence of fatigue, it is recommended to see a doctor.
