For the purpose of rapid normalization of the stools, laxatives( forlax, etc.) are used, to prevent the re-occurrence of constipation, a diet( with enrichment of vegetable fiber, addition of vegetable oils, restriction of fats and refined carbohydrates) should be followed, and additional liquid should be added.
- Refuse from smoking or try to reduce the number of cigarettes smoked per day.
- Restrict the use of alcohol.
