This is a very powerful exercise. To perform it you will need a powerful, persistent, and more importantly - a prolonged erection. Technique:

  1. Bring the penis to a full erection. First time( 3-4 weeks), perform erect flexions for 85-90% of the erection. But ideally, the exercise is necessary for a 100% erection. And then the question arises: how to achieve a powerful, long-lasting erection? There are several ways. First, watching porn. However, I do not recommend using this option, because viewing porn does not have the best effect on libido and potency. The second way: the use of Viagra, Cialis, etc. drugs. Yes, the erection will be persistent and prolonged, but taking such drugs on a long-term basis, you run the risk of harming your cardiovascular system. I recommend using the third and fourth methods, or rather combine them. This reading of erotic stories and fantasy. With time, you can increase the intensity of the exercise, stronger bending the penis, and also increasing the duration of the exercise.

Warning! Do not bend the penis too much! Do not ignore the pain!

Sitting on a semi-permanent member

I described a similar exercise in the previous article. The technique of execution is identical. However, in this case, the exercise is performed with a member in the state of 50-60% of the erection. For this reason, the effect of the exercise changes: now, while sitting on the penis, your caverns will receive a load. The blood will be trapped in the penis, which will cause the growth of the caverns, as well as the development of collateral, which will increase the girth of the penis.

Technique:

  1. Prepare a chair and a clean towel. Pull the towel on the stool.
  2. Bring the penis to an erection 50-60%.
  3. Take the dick back, behind the buttocks, pull the head with an OK-grip and sit on the chair. So you are sitting on your own penis. Eggs dilute on both sides of the penis.

To increase the intensity of the exercise, you can press against the chair, pulling yourself up and bending back.

Exercise only after the jelly, because it's a difficult exercise, you need to prepare for it.

During the exercise, possible burning and light numbness of the penis. This is normal, but do not lead to extremes. When pain occurs, immediately complete the exercise!

The first time, perform the exercise from 2 to 3 minutes, for several approaches. Over time, you can bring the execution time to 10-15 minutes, but this requires at least a month. Exercise for more than 15 minutes per approach is dangerous.

Do not sit on a fully erect penis! This is extremely dangerous! The risk of serious injury is close to 100%!

Forced

This is the most powerful vascular exercise for the advanced! It is dangerous for beginners! Even if you started the two previous exercises, you may be too early to start squeezing.

Exercise is like a dry jelk, but at times more powerful! Perform the squeezing as follows by stretching the penis with less serious exercises. I will describe this exercise the most similarly, given that I myself came up with it. In my opinion, this is the most effective exercise of advanced vascular.

Simplified version of

This is a simplified version of the exercise. Do it for the first month.

Technique:

  1. Member in a calm state, or in a state of 20-30% of an erection grab at the base of a straight OK-snap.
  2. Next, start actively keglirovat, that is, stretch the pins of the muscle, at this time, the OK-grasp is clamped.
  3. After 20-30 repetitions, feel for the second hand at the root of the penis, in the perineum a lump of blood. This is the blood that has poured into the skewer muscle. Carefully pound this lump of blood into the trunk of the penis. At the right moment, loosening the OK-grip, then again grasp the OK-grip, locking the blood in the trunk of the penis. You will feel how the trunk slightly swelled from the blood pumped into it.
  4. Again start actively keglirovat, then again pound a portion of blood in the trunk of the penis.   5. Now, squeeze the OK-grip even more, take the OK-grip with the second hand, and slightly push it up the trunk, literally 1-2 cm. You will feel how much pressure is in the penis!
  6. Fix this position for 30-60 seconds.
  7. Then mash the penis, make a few jelly to restore blood circulation. This can be considered as one approach.
  8. Complete 3-5 approaches.

Full version of

After a month, you can proceed with the full version of the extrusions.

Technique:

  1. At the moment when you squeezed the OK-grip with both hands and slightly advanced it up, do not stop! Advance the entire body of blood to the head of the penis, up the trunk! The first time squeezing OK-grip is not so strong, allowing the blood to flow back to the ground. This is necessary so that a member gets used to just crazy pressure.
  2. After completing the OK-grip to the head, return it to the base, re-fill the penis with blood( actively pounding the blood into the trunk), at this stage this will take literally 10-15 seconds, and again hold the grip on the head.
  3. After 5 repetitions, grip the OK-grip properly, not letting blood flow to the base, and still push blood to the head of the penis. Your task is to squeeze a member, squeeze the blood that you drove into a member! Thanks to this, the large vessels of the penis and caverns are actively spreading into the wider space, which in time will give you growth! Now you understand why the exercise is called "Oppression".
  4. Do 15-20 repetitions. For the first time this will be enough, in time you can bring the number of repetitions to 50 and higher. But this takes time.

After the exercise, the penis may have red dots, like after a jelly. Lubricate a member of Badyagi, this will help, but it is much more important to do the first repetitions gently, so that the vessels are not injured. Also, from the blows the penis pours lymph - this is not scary and quickly passes.
