Types of dyskinesia

Symptoms of the disease

Signs of dyskinesia can be manifested by single symptoms and a complex of painful manifestations. Both forms of the disease are characterized by:

  • Painful sensations in the hypochondrium on the right side;
  • Disruption of the proper functioning of the digestive tract (alternation of diarrhea and constipation);
  • Decreased appetite
  • The appearance of flatulence, nausea, or vomiting;
  • Bitter taste in the mouth;
  • The skin becomes yellowish;
  • Constant feeling of weakness;
  • Excessive sweating;
  • Constant transitions from a sluggish state to an excited state;
  • Sexual dysfunction.

With a spastic form of dyskinesia, acute throbbing pain occurs, spreading to the entire right side from the hypochondrium to the neck and jaw. The attack lasts from twenty to thirty minutes and is periodically repeated throughout the day. Sometimes it is accompanied by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

With the hypotonic type, aching pain can occur on the right side of the body, which does not have a clear location. Pain syndrome lasts several days or more. Choleretic drugs taken during these seizures can help reduce the pain symptom.

Causes of occurrence

The cause of dyskinesia is possible primary and secondary. The primary ones include congenital disorders of the choleretic system. To secondary dysfunctions of the body, acquired as a result of various factors over the entire life span:

  • Wrong diet: hunger strikes, overeating;
  • Stressful situations;
  • Inflammatory processes in the gastrointestinal tract or reproductive system;
  • Allergic reactions;
  • Helminthic invasion;
  • Endocrine system diseases;
  • Violation of the balance of intestinal microflora;
  • Abdominal operations.

Dyskinesia treatment

When diagnosing dyskinesia, the form of the disease is determined, since the type and method of prescribed therapy depends on the type of change in the functioning of the gallbladder, which includes:

  1. Correction of the diet. It is necessary to observe the regimen and exclude some products that negatively affect the choleretic system.
  2. Treatment using folk recipes. Includes the intake of herbal preparations, infusions, teas.
  3. Therapy with medication. It is aimed at reducing painful symptoms during seizures.
  4. Conducting general health procedures: physiotherapy exercises, massage.

Traditional methods of treatment

Folk remedies for the treatment of dyskinesia are used along with drug treatment, and in some cases, therapy is carried out only with herbal remedies. In the hypertensive type of disorder, treatment is aimed at reducing the activity of the gallbladder, leading to a decrease in the force of bile ejection. With this type of disease, herbs help well: peppermint, corn silk, barberry, immortelle, etc. An infusion is prepared from corn stigmas: for 0.5 liters of boiling water, 13 g of raw materials. Drink half an hour before meals.

A collection of equal parts of the herb oregano, St. John's wort, mint, sandy golden flowers, calendula and birch leaves are poured with boiling water in a proportion of two tablespoons. herbs two glasses of water. Place in a thermos and let it brew for 12 hours. Drink 75 ml four times a day. The course of admission is one and a half months.

Rosehip is used in many decoction recipes that help with the pathology of the functioning of the biliary tract in combination with various herbs. Dried rose hips, dill seeds, hop cones are mixed with yarrow, celandine and wormwood. The broth is taken according to the standard treatment regimen.

Thirty-seven grams of a mixture of yarrow, sandy golden blossom, rhubarb roots in a ratio of 5: 3: 2 are poured into 0.25 liters of boiling water, kept in a water bath for thirty minutes. Drink the filtered mixture in a glass before bedtime.

A mixture of corn stigmas, knotweed and wormwood in proportions 5: 1: 1 is placed in 0.2 liters of water, simmered in a water bath for 45 minutes. Drink 1/4 cup before meals.

Stir in mint, cinnamon rosehip, birch leaves and kidney tea in a ratio of 4: 4: 2: 1. Add 50 g of the collection to half a liter of boiling water. Set aside for six hours, then boil for five minutes. Drink the broth up to four times a day on an empty stomach.

With the hypomotor form of dyskinesia, the use of herbs is aimed at increasing the activity of the muscles of the gallbladder, reducing and removing stagnant bile. They use infusions and decoctions from lemongrass, Rhodiola rosea, immortelle, aralia roots, etc.

An infusion is prepared from the immortelle: 2 tablespoons of herbs per glass of boiling water. Brew for half an hour. The first dose should be started with a third of a glass a day, increasing the number of doses by one to the third day. On the fourth day, increase the dose to half a glass before meals three times a day. From the fifth to the sixth, reduce the number of receptions. Repeat the course after seven days. This method of administration helps to gradually remove excess bile from the body.

A cocktail of ready-made tinctures of calendula, barberry, calamus, aralia in a ratio of 3: 3: 2: 2 helps to cure dyskinesia. Depending on the manifestation of symptoms, it is prescribed to dilute from 1 to 10 drops per 18 ml of liquid, drink six minutes before taking herbal preparations for a month.

Medicinal tinctures

An alcoholic infusion from the fruits and seeds of lemongrass is prepared in a ratio of five to one. It is infused for seven days in the dark and at a temperature above room temperature by several degrees. Take thirty drops on an empty stomach or four hours after meals, twice a day in the first part of the day.

20 grams of golden root, zamanihi, rosehip berries, 15 grams of nettle leaves and hawthorn berries, 10 grams of St. John's wort mix. Boil one tbsp for fifteen minutes. l. collecting in a glass of water. The heated infusion is taken in 75 ml.

Flaxseed oil relieves the symptoms of the disease manifested through the gastrointestinal tract (eliminates constipation, reduces the manifestations of flatulence, helps with heartburn). It is recommended to drink oil in the morning and in the evening, two teaspoons before meals. In the presence of pancreatitis, flaxseed oil can cause vomiting, so consult a gastroenterologist before use.

Olive oil infused with St. John's wort is recommended to drink one tsp. l. before meals up to four times a day. Oil infusion is prepared in a proportion of ten parts of oil for one part of flowers and infused for forty days.

Juice treatment

In addition to herbs and infusions, juices of vegetables and fruits help to treat the disease. With dyskinesia, within a month before meals, you need to drink 250 ml of freshly squeezed juices: juice of spinach leaves and carrots in fractions of two to five, juices of parsley, celery and carrots, mixed fractions of 1: 2: 9. Alternate receptions with cocktails from:

  • The juice of beets, carrots and cucumbers is mixed in equal proportions and drunk 15 minutes before meals;
  • A mixture of apple juice and honey is taken 5 times a day;
  • The meal is washed down with a glass of a mixture of tomato juice and cabbage brine, mixed in equal parts.
Grapefruit juice

It is useful to drink grapefruit juice before meals, during the day it is recommended to consume 50 ml of lemon juice, before going to bed, drink a glass of pumpkin juice.

With the hypotonic form of the disease, horseradish juices (diluted with water), sorrel, turnip, sour apples are effective.

With the hypertensive type of the disease, juices of white and black mulberries, sweet apples, dill are useful.

Diet table for dyskinesia

To improve the functioning of the choleretic system and prevent seizures, it is worth changing the diet and diet. To do this, you should:

  1. Break up meals and distribute them proportionally throughout the day. This will allow the body to get used to a certain regime and establish normal operation and interaction of all body systems.
  2. The main types of heat treatment of dishes should be baking and decoction. Completely exclude fried foods, as they adversely affect the activity of the biliary organ and bile ducts.
  3. Refuse to eat foods with a low temperature, as cold foods cause spasmodic contractions of the bile ducts.
  4. In the daily diet include vegetables, fruits, herbs, juices from them.

The combination of therapy with folk remedies with medication and other methods of treatment can reduce the painful symptoms of dyskinesia. Diet and general lifestyle changes can help reduce the strain on the gallbladder and avoid recurrence of flare-ups.
