Flamin

Flamin is a herbal remedy based on immortelle flowers, which has a choleretic effect. It has choletic, cholekinetic, antispasmodic and antimicrobial properties. Flamin improves the muscle activity of the gallbladder and leads to an increase in the outflow of bile.

The medicine promotes a more complete assimilation of food, stimulating the secretion of gastric juice, and activates the work of the pancreas. Its anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective properties are considered significant, which makes it possible to use it for the treatment of diseases associated with the development of inflammatory processes in the liver. Flamin is available in the form of tablets, capsules, powders, and ointments.

Indications and contraindications

The drug is used to treat the following diseases:

  • cholecystitis (chronic and acute),
  • chronic hepatocholecystitis,
  • recovery from hepatitis;
  • DVZhP;
  • inflammatory liver disease.

It must be understood that this drug is used only in combination with other drugs.

Flamin preparation

Flamin is not prescribed if:

  • an allergic reaction to any of the components of the drug;
  • stones or spasm of the bile ducts;
  • gastric ulcer in the acute stage;
  • inflammatory conditions of the liver and biliary tract in the acute phase;
  • liver failure in severe form.

The restriction on the use of drugs also applies to children under 5 years of age.

Side effects

Possible side effects of Flamin include allergic reactions: rash, hyperemia, swelling. In rare cases, an increase in blood pressure is also noted in patients with arterial hypertension. In such situations, it is necessary to consult a doctor about the possibility of further treatment.

Method of administration and dosage

The dosage of the drug should be selected by the attending physician and not exceed the norms specified in the instructions.

Flamin in the form of capsules is prescribed for adults and children from 5 years old half an hour before meals:

  • children 5-10 years old - 1 capsule per day;
  • children and adolescents 10-14 years old - 2 capsules per day;
  • adults - 3 capsules per day.

If necessary, after consulting a doctor, a single dose of the drug is increased. Children under 5 years of age are advised to take this choleretic agent in the form of a suspension. The course of treatment is 10-40 days; if necessary, conduct another course with a break of 5 days.

Allohol

Allochol contains both plant and animal components that enhance the secretion of bile. The active ingredients of Allochol are dry bile, nettle, garlic and activated charcoal. The medicinal properties of the drug are associated with reflexes of the intestinal mucosa and its effect on the liver: the drug increases the secretion of bile.

In addition to increasing the volume of bile produced, Allochol helps to improve the motor function of the gastrointestinal tract, significantly reduces negative processes in the intestines. The medicine is available in the form of tablets for adult patients and tablets with a half concentration of active substances for children.

Indications and contraindications

The indications for the use of the drug are:

  • chronic cholecystitis;
  • cholangitis in a chronic form;
  • JVP;
  • constipation associated with a weak bowel tone.
Allohol remedy

The drug Allochol is not recommended for use in the presence of:

  • allergic reactions;
  • hepatitis (acute);
  • gallstone disease;
  • pancreatitis (in the acute phase);
  • spasm of the sphincter of Odd;
  • enterocolitis (in acute form);
  • obstructive jaundice.

Side effects

Side effects are associated with increased sensitivity to the components of Allochol. Rash, diarrhea, skin itching are possible. In such cases, you need to consult a doctor about the possibility of further use of the medicine.

Method of administration and dosage

Adults take the medicine as follows: after meals, 1-2 tablets four times a day, the duration of admission is up to four weeks. After that, if necessary, continue the treatment. The dose is reduced to 1 tablet 2-3 times a day for one to two months. The dosage for children is determined by the attending physician.

Holosas

The therapeutic effect of the drug Holosas is due to the content of rosehip concentrate in it. The medicine reduces the viscosity and accelerates the secretion of bile. The active component of the syrup relaxes the sphincters and activates the gallbladder, increasing the tone of smooth muscles.

Holosas improves intestinal contractility, accelerates the secretion of pancreatic enzymes, which improves metabolism. Rosehip fruits contain vitamins that give a healing effect. Due to the presence of pectin, Cholosas works as a diuretic without causing irritation of the renal epithelium. Cholosas is produced today in the form of syrup.

Indications and contraindications

The use of the drug is indicated:

  • with DVP - in complex therapy;
  • hepatitis with obstruction of the outflow of bile in a chronic form;
  • cholecystitis (chronic form);
  • deficiency of vitamins P and C;
  • alcohol intoxication;
  • a general decrease in the level of immunity and a slowdown in metabolism.

Contraindications to treatment are:

  • allergic reactions to the constituent components of the drug;
  • the presence of stones or tumors in the biliary tract, leading to blockage;
  • decompensated type of diabetes mellitus;
  • children's age (up to 3 years).

Side effects

In case of intolerance to the components of the drug, allergies (hyperemia, rashes), as well as various dyspeptic manifestations, may occur. In this situation, you must stop treatment and consult your doctor.

Drug dosage

Cholosas must be taken 30 minutes before meals:

  1. For adults, the daily rate is one teaspoon 2-3 times a day.
  2. Children aged three years and older - a quarter spoon from two to three doses.
  3. Teenagers after 12 years old - half a teaspoon, two to three doses a day.
