The mechanism of action in the recovery( biochemical) of 5-nitro group of metronidazole by transport intracellular proteins of anaerobic microorganisms, as well as protozoa, is concluded. The restored 5-nitro group of metronidazole actively interacts with the DNA of microorganism cells, thereby inhibiting the synthesis of their nucleic acids, and this leads to the death of bacteria.

To treat cancer for the first three days, you need to take metronidazole( 3 tablets) daily three times a day. Starting with the fourth day, take 1 tablet of metronidazole 3 times a day. The course of treatment should take 30 tablets, and these courses need to go through 5-7, with a break of 2-4 days between them. Tablets should be taken without chewing, washed down with a decoction of marigold. To prepare a decoction of marigold, you must pour a liter of water 50 plant flowers, then bring to a boil, boil for 4 minutes. Then insist and instead drink water. After taking metronidazole, eating is recommended.

After finishing seven courses of metronidazole cancer treatment, you need to take a break for 4 days and start taking a tablet( 0.5 g) of tinidazole in the morning and in the evening. For one course of treatment, you need to drink 10 g of tinidazole. Then you need to make a break for a month and start taking metronidazole again. Already this time take a daily pill on the morning, 2 tablets a day and 3 - in the evening. The full course will need 30 tablets. These courses need to spend three to five, with breaks of 2-4 days between them. Then you should take a break for a year, then again take several courses of treatment with metronidazole. These treatment courses should be repeated at the end of the second, third years from the initial treatment.

Contraindications for the treatment of metronidazole cancer

This is hypersensitivity, leukopenia, organic lesions of the central nervous system, hepatic insufficiency( with the appointment of large doses), pregnancy( 1st trimester), lactation. Take with caution in the second half of pregnancy, with kidney failure.

Side effects of metronidozole

On the part of the digestive system: diarrhea, decreased appetite, intestinal colic, nausea, vomiting, constipation, dry mouth, glossitis, "metallic" taste in the mouth, pancreatitis, stomatitis. From the side of the nervous system: violations of coordination of movements, dizziness, ataxia, confusion, depression, high excitability, irritability, weakness, insomnia, convulsions, headache, peripheral neuropathy, hallucinations. Allergic reactions: skin rash, hives, skin hyperemia, fever, arthralgia, nasal congestion. From the urinary system: cystitis, polyuria, dysuria, urinary incontinence, staining in reddish-brown urine, candidiasis. Local reactions are thrombophlebitis( congestion or swelling at the injection site, pain).Other: leukopenia, neutropenia, flattening of the T wave on the electrocardiogram.
