Oat kvass

The result can be obtained from the use of oat kvass. Pour 500 grams of oats into a 5-liter jar, add 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar, 3 liters of water. The neck of the jar is closed with gauze and a lid. The jar is placed in a dark and cool place for 2 days. During this time, foam appears at the top of the can, the grains swell. The contents must be drained and re-poured with 3 liters of boiled water, also add sugar - 3 tablespoons, close tightly and leave for 24 hours. At the end of the day, the kvass will be ready for use. You can improve its taste with a spoonful of honey, which should be added to the drink just before drinking.

Oat milk

For the treatment of acute or chronic pancreatitis, as well as for liver diseases, it is recommended to take oat milk. The composition of this product includes a huge amount of useful substances, which allows the body to provide all the necessary components. To prepare medicinal drinks, you need to take:

  • 100 grams of unrefined oats;
  • pour boiled water so that it completely covers the grains;
  • put on fire and cook until they are completely swollen;
  • after the liquid is poured into a separate bowl;
  • oats are passed through a meat grinder;
  • the resulting gruel is poured with a previously drained broth;
  • put on low heat for 30 minutes;
  • the resulting drink is passed through cheesecloth;
  • take 100 ml three times a day.

The finished medicinal raw materials must be kept in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container.

Infusion of oats

The infusion differs from the decoction in the preparation technology, but has a similar healing effect. To prepare the infusion, you need to take:

  • whole grains of oats - 1 tbsp l .;
  • water - 1 liter.

The grains must be passed through a coffee grinder, poured into a thermos, filled with boiling water and left for 12 hours. Then take 200 ml three times a day.
