Face massage

Chest massage

Has a beneficial effect on the condition of the lungs, bronchi, heart. He is appointed at any stage of the disease, but he has special significance for preventing and eliminating asthma attacks in people with bronchial asthma.

Massage performed standing, bending at right angles near a chair or bench. The emphasis should be on the hand or forearm. Objects of massage influence are the neck, chest, shoulders, abdomen( in the diaphragm zone), waist, back.
