Complex exercises for dyspepsia

Until now, the concept of the causes, mechanism of development and methods of treatment of this disease have been rather ambiguous. But nevertheless it is possible to reveal some signs which unequivocally can predict presence at the person of a dyspepsia. Namely: a feeling of mild nausea after each meal, more perceptible in the epigastrium, pain in the same area, a burning sensation, a rapidly onset sensation of satiety.

Several methods are used to treat this disease, one of which is kinesitherapy, or physical therapy.

Kinesitherapy.

Physiotherapy is a specially designed complex of exercises for dyspepsia or another disease, which is used both alone and in combination and with traditional medication. This method is based solely on the biological functions of the body, in the main movement.

Dyspepsia is no exception, so there are two sets of exercises designed to treat hypokinetic dyspepsia, and ulcerative dyspepsia.

Exercises for hypokinetic dyspepsia.

The following exercises should be performed 1-2 hours before meals. They are aimed at training the muscles of the perineum, anterior abdominal wall and diaphragm. Exercises are performed in the positions lying on the back, while standing and sitting. Breathing exercises are also performed. To raise the mood, it is recommended to accompany the occupation of your favorite music, or if possible, to do it by an organized group.

  • We start from the position, lying on the back, legs straightened, hands along the body. Conduct alternately bending the lower extremities in the knee in an amount of 12 times. In this case, you should monitor the uniformity of breathing. Further, without changing the position, we start alternately to raise the straight legs without changing the tempo and the number of movements performed.
  • We move to the sitting position. Legs are straight, perhaps hands in a comfortable position. We lower the trunk back into position, lying, and rise. We follow the breath, if necessary we help ourselves with our hands. Exercise repeat 3-4 times.
  • We accept the position, sitting, sliding the bend of the legs in the knees, then we bred them, trying to bring the knees to the floor. We reduce the knees, straighten the legs - repeat 3-4 times.
  • Moves to the knee-elbow position. With slow movements we try to bring our knees to the elbows, while bending our back and back - we repeat 8 times. In this position, the distance between the arms must be approximately equal to the width of the foot.
  • This exercise uses a stool or chair. Sitting on a chair, straighten your legs, pull your arms forward. At the inspiration we raise our arms to the sides, at the exit we tilt the body forward. Exercise does not hurry, we follow the uniformity of breathing. Repeat 2-4 times.
  • We move to the standing position. Put your hands on your waist, your legs shoulder width apart. We lead the slopes back and forth. At the same time, we watch that it takes a breath to make a tilt forward, and exhale - back. Repeat 4 times. We remain in the same position, we execute the slopes of the body to the right and left. Repeat the exercise 4 times, keep the pace average, breathing is even.
  • The next exercise is also performed in the standing position. In doing so, you should spread your hands to the sides, and when tilting forward, try to stretch one arm to the opposite foot, while the second hand should go up. Repeat 4 times, keep the tempo slow.
  • Next, make turns of the trunk with the dilution of hands to the sides. Exercise is repeated 3-4 times. He puts his feet to the width of his shoulders, takes a deep breath, while passing his hands to the position up through the sides, and slowly exhaling, letting go of his hands. Finish the exercises.

Exercises for ulcerative dyspepsia.

With ulcerative dyspepsia, the same set of exercises is usually used, only with the addition of leg exercises performed in standing position. The pace of exercise is slow, breathing is uniform, the character of movements is monotonous. Such exercises are advised to perform when gastric discomfort occurs. The duration of the classes should not exceed 30-40 minutes, the recommendations concerning the positive infusion are the same.

There are also two sets of exercises for this disease. The first is performed during the period of exacerbation, the second - in a calm period.

The difference between these complexes is the intensity of the exercise, the number of necessary elements of the exercises, exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles of the lower and upper press are added, and the complexity of the elements is encouraged by using weighting. Most exercises are performed in the supine and sitting position. When performing exercises designed for a quiet period of the disease, the pace of execution is medium, the breathing is uniform. Begin and finish the session with breathing exercises.

After eating, it is recommended to take a walk in the fresh air.

Exercises for dyspepsia, with all forms of expression, create a beneficial effect on the human body. Usually, kinesitherapy, or therapeutic gymnastics is applied to the complex with traditional treatment, dietary nutrition and drinking mineral waters. Guarantee of a positive result is possible only with proper performance and regular classes. For effectiveness, it is enough to practice 2-3 times a week.
