Pheniafrin is α1-adrenomimetic.It has vasoconstrictor properties;Due to the narrowing of the vessels, the hyperemia and swelling of the nasal mucosa decreases. Thanks to this, nasal breathing is noticeably improved.
Chlorfenamine is a blocker of specific histamine receptors.By reducing the permeability of the vascular walls, it reduces inflammatory exudation and swelling.
Caffeine is a psychostimulator that helps to overcome general weakness and drowsiness. It somewhat strengthens the effect of the remaining components.
Overdose

In case of paracetamol poisoning, the injured person should be called "ambulance", and before the doctors arrive, they should rinse the stomach and give enterosorbents( regular or white activated charcoal).
Within 8-9 hours, it is necessary to introduce a specific antidote - methionine, and after 12 hours, acetylcysteine is required to control the intoxication of .Overdose is the basis for hospitalization in the profile department of the hospital. In severe cases, the device is used to purify blood( hemosorption).

It is necessary to exclude simultaneous reception of Rinza with β-adrenoblockers, monoamine oxidase enzyme inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants in association with a high risk of hepato- and nephrotoxic effects.
This preparation for colds potentiates the effect of sedatives( soothing).
Glucocorticosteroid hormones, when used concurrently, increase the likelihood of developing glaucoma.
Antiparkinsonics and antipsychotics increase the risk of diuresis and chronic constipation.
The active ingredient chlorphenamine in combination with furazolid can trigger a sharp jump in blood pressure and even hypertensive crisis.
Tricyclic antidepressants enhance the α-adrenomimetic effect of another ingredient - phenylephrine.
