Such a decoction is taken in the morning, on an empty stomach - 1/2 cup three times a day half an hour before meals. The remaining broth is taken throughout the day in 2 divided doses, after shaking the broth.
  4. Tincture of ground flax seeds - just put 2 tbsp into a thermos. l. ground seeds, which are steamed with 2 cups of boiling water. Insist in a tightly closed container for at least 10-12 hours - use the tincture in the same way as the recipe described above.
  5. Tincture of lion seeds with the addition of coriander and fennel. To prepare the cleansing infusion, mix ½ tbsp. l. ground coriander and fennel, then add 1 tbsp. l. ground flax seeds. Simply steam the prepared aromatic mixture with boiling water - 1 tbsp. and let it brew for half an hour. It is taken three times a day, 30 minutes in advance. before meals - prepare a fresh infusion each time. The course of admission is 14 days.
