Rice broth

Rice is rich in starch. Rice broth will help in eliminating the symptoms of diarrhea and nourish the weakened body with trace elements. The product envelops the intestinal mucosa and promotes the correct formation of feces. It does not show contraindications, and it is allowed to use it for adults and children. The fixing broth at home is prepared by prolonged boiling of cereals in a liter of water. The finished product is filtered and drunk in small portions 3 times a day.

For a more concentrated rice broth, 4 teaspoons of cereal are fried in a pan and grinded with improvised means. The resulting powder is poured with water and cooked for 30 minutes after boiling. The tool is taken 3 times a day, 50 ml.

Pure starch
