What is pancreatitis and its symptoms

Pancreatitis is an inflammatory process that occurs in the tissues of the pancreas. In this disease, the ducts are blocked, and pancreatic juice enters the small intestine during digestion.

There are many reasons for the development. Most often it is alcohol or unhealthy diet. As a result, the organ digests itself.

In order to stop this process in time and prevent serious complications, serious but effective medications are prescribed. One of which is Gordox.

The drug should be taken only after a thorough diagnosis and under the strict supervision of doctors.

You can identify the problem by the following signs:

  • Painful sensation in the epigastric region. In this case, the pain can move to other places. This could be the lower back or the navel. Such a manifestation of pain syndrome does not immediately make it clear what the real problem is.
  • Severe vomiting and nausea. Even after the release of vomit, a person does not cease to feel discomfort and pain.
  • Heat.
  • High blood pressure.
  • Heartburn.
  • Belching.
  • Bloating, flatulence.
  • Stool disorder. The person has prolonged diarrhea. The feces are fatty and come out in the form of foam, with undigested particles, a green tint prevails.
  • Skin discoloration.
  • Bad breath.
  • Dyspnea.

Gordox with pancreatitis is also prescribed during the rehabilitation period after surgery on the pancreas. The therapy lasts about 3 days. The drug is administered 4 times a day.

When a person has a state of shock, then the opposite law applies here. First, the maximum dose is administered to the patient, followed by a decrease.

The medicinal method includes:

  • Antacids. This group of drugs helps to neutralize hydrochloric acid. They are used when the patient suffers from high acidity and pathologies associated with this phenomenon. If the acidity in the stomach is high, then enzymes are produced in large quantities in the pancreas. It is very often used for chronic pancreatitis. To reduce the effect of enzymes on the pancreas, antienzyme drugs are prescribed. Among such people is Gordox. It is advisable to apply it already at the very beginning of the development of the disease.
  • Enzyme medicines. Common drugs are Festal, Pancreatin. Such tablets will have a positive effect on the digestion process, and will also help maintain the functional tasks of the organ.
  • H2 blockers. This group of medicines regulates acid production. Often used in the treatment of Gordox. These blockers are: Nizatidine, Ranitidine, Famotidine.
  • Anticholinergics. Has 2 types: M and H group. In chronic pancreatitis, anticholinergics of the M group are valued. Popular: Spasmolitin, Atropine, Platyphyllin, Chlorosin.
  • Antispasmodics. Frequently used: Spazmol, Papaverine, Drotaverin, No-shpa.

Any treatment and drug therapy should be prescribed only by specialists. This applies both to the Gordox preparation itself, as well as to the entire treatment method.

When choosing a treatment, specialists start from each specific case. All appointments must be strictly adhered to by patients.

In addition, experts determine the diet, without which effective treatment is impossible. At the time of an exacerbation, a healthy diet should be followed for at least a month.

At the same time, it is necessary to include more proteins in the diet. Fasting for several days is recommended when severe symptoms and indigestion are present.

It is imperative to observe bed rest at the time of therapy and reduce all physical activity.

If a person follows all the recommendations and takes a responsible attitude to his health, then the result will not be long in coming.

Effective conservative treatment will reduce the risk of severe complications and subsequent surgery.
