The appearance of a person is not only a person or a state of a figure, the most inconspicuous moment for comprehension is the posture. Today there are several types of therapeutic gymnastics, however, this gymnastics is not suitable for everyone, especially if you have weight problems or complex posture disorders. Such gymnastic exercises give serious strain on the back muscles and on the spine itself, but the results become noticeable very quickly. It is necessary to monitor the state of health, if there are sharp pains, you need to rest your body and do not zealous. It is possible that the exercise was not performed correctly, or it is not for you.

Exercise on the floor

  • It is necessary to rest with your legs, bend your lower back and turn your knee to touch the floor. On all fours make a cat bend, first down, and then straighten and hump your back up.
  • Further in the supine position on the back, raise the knees to the level of the chest.
  • From the position on your knees stretch out on your arms and kick your back in the waist, then just get up. Remember, all exercises are done smoothly and on a well-warmed body.

This is the most pleasant and useful type of treatment, as a rule, this is the simplest trip to the sea, a change of landscape, especially useful living in a tent on the nature. A dream on the ground, without modern mattresses, swimming in a disturbing sea, is a natural treatment that no doctor can replace you.

Hardware physiotherapy

Electrostimulation - waves of electricity of certain strength are passed through the body, they relax the muscles and allow releasing the pinched nerve.

Surgery

It is used in extreme cases and only when human mobility depends on it, in case of severe injuries.
