The lavage procedure is recommended to be performed on an empty stomach in the morning. 250 ml of water should be warmed up to a temperature of 35-40 ° C and drunk in small sips. It is best to perform simple exercises that do not require sharp jerks and efforts. These can be bends back and forth and to the sides, squats, body turns, leg swings. Sorbitol

Sorbitol is a food supplement E 421, which is a sweet six-alcohol alcohol obtained by hydrogenation of glucose. Sorbitol is widely used in diabetic nutrition as a sweetener and in the production of ascorbic acid. You can buy it in any department of healthy and diabetic nutrition. Tubage using sorbitol is carried out according to the following scheme:

• Stir 1 tablespoon of powder in 200 ml of warm water and drink in the morning on an empty stomach;
• apply a heating pad with hot water to the right side of the abdomen for 2 hours;
• during this time, you should maintain a moderate activity (doing cleaning, etc.).

Abundant bowel movements after tyubage with sorbitol usually begin in 1-2 hours. Feces can be yellow, light brown or greenish, depending on the concentration of bile acids and pigments.

Important! You cannot eat anything on the day of the procedure. As a drink, you can use boiled water, chamomile tea or infusion of linden flowers. Green and black tea is not allowed on this day. On the second day, the diet should consist of fruits, vegetables and juices (the volume of juice is about 700 ml per day).

Magnesium sulfate with lemon

Magnesia (Magnesium sulfate) is a powder with diuretic, laxative, anticonvulsant and antispasmodic action based on magnesium sulfate. Its action is based on relaxing the smooth muscles of the gallbladder and its ducts, eliminating spasms and facilitating the evacuation of bile. Before using magnesia, the patient should consult a doctor, since oral administration magnesia is contraindicated in low blood pressure, depression of the respiratory center and deficiency calcium. Individuals with heart disease need to be especially careful, as magnesia should not be taken orally when diseases accompanied by impaired conduction of electrical impulses between the ventricles and atria.

If there are no contraindications for use, tyubage with magnesia and lemon can be an excellent method for cleansing the organs of the hepatobiliary system at home. This is done as follows:

• Stir 1 tablespoon of powder in 220 ml of hot water ;;
• add 10-15 drops of lemon juice;
• drink the prepared solution and lie on your side, putting the heating pad on your right side.

You need to get up after warming up after 1-1.5 hours. Eating is allowed 2 hours after the procedure. On the day of the event, the use of meat, fatty and spicy foods is not allowed.

Liquid flower honey

Women should not undergo gallbladder tubing during pregnancy and lactation.

Important! Blind probing of the gallbladder at any gestational age can cause termination of pregnancy and premature onset of labor.
