Exercises for improving blood circulation in the small pelvis
The most accessible, natural and safe way to "disperse" blood in a small pelvis is the exercises. Controlled and orderly performance of such physical activities will help to prevent the above-described conditions, improve potency.
Exercises for pubic-coccygeal muscle
Exercises on the pubic-coccyx muscle have the best efficiency. The LK muscle is most closely located to the pelvic organs, so its "pumping" will be most effective. For this you need to perform a set of exercises.
Jet stop
The purpose of the exercise is to feel the LK muscle. If the stop of the jet is difficult, this indicates a weakness of the internal muscles of the pelvis. Optimal exercise, when you can stop the flow from 3 times per 1 act of urination.
After mastering this exercise and the ability to stop the jet at least 3 times, you can proceed to the following.
Voltage of the pubic-coccygeal muscle
The first exercise helps to feel the L-muscle. Here you also need to learn how to strain and contract pubic-coccyx muscle in an isolated way.
To perform the exercise, you can start from 1 approach 10 times, increasing the number of approaches and repetitions with time. This exercise is convenient because it can be performed anywhere: sitting on the couch, at work, in public transport, while driving at traffic lights, etc. The exercise can also be performed while standing, but sitting more conveniently - the muscle tension is better felt.

In addition to the basic exercises, you can perform other:
- Retention of the tension of the LC muscle - alternating the contraction and relaxation for 3 seconds. As before, the force of contraction is important, not speed. With time, you can increase the seconds of tension and relaxation. This is a good exercise for those who have already mastered the normal tension of the LC muscle and want further progress. Start with 1 approach 10 times;
- Rapid change of voltage and relaxation - the force of reduction is still important here, but it is not necessary to linger on one condition. Alternate the contraction with relaxation, starting with 2 approaches 20 times;
- Power exercise on the LC muscle - the exercise is performed with the erect penis on which the towel is laid. The essence of the exercise: lift the towel as high as possible( as if by jerks), using the LK muscle. In the future, the weight becomes heavier( they bind the weights, soak the towel).Perform 1-3 approaches up to 10 times.
These exercises are not necessary for performance, since the main exercise is a simple qualitative tension of the LC muscle.

Exercises on the external muscles of the pelvis
It is also good to perform general exercises on the external muscles of the pelvis:
- circular movements of the pelvis;
- imaginary prescription of infinity by the pelvis;
- exercise "bicycle";
- exercise "scissors";
- march in place.

Drug medication for pelvic circulation
Drugs that improve the rheological properties of blood are of interest here: they increase fluidity, reduce density, and normalize coagulability. These drugs prevent thrombosis, relieve inflammation of the walls of the vessels and strengthen the endothelium, making it less permeable.
These medications are VENZA, Ascorutin, Escuzan .A direct indication for use is vessel fragility and venous insufficiency. But they can cope with circulatory disorders well.
Products that improve blood circulation
In this case, certain foods will not help liquefy the blood or improve blood circulation. But they will relieve some of the causes of stagnation - reduced intestinal tone, obesity, and will prevent thrombosis. Good intestinal activity( frequent emptying) improves circulation in the pelvic organs, as they are in close proximity.
Some nutritional recommendations:
